Thanks to a new greenhouse, my vegetables crops are thriving. I mainly cultivate rice for a living and grow vegetables to supplement my income. Over the past two years, the rising cost of living has had a direct impact on us farmers who already earn low wages. The income generated from selling rice barely covers our daily expenses. Although I do cultivate vegetables, it doesn’t offer a stable income due to the impact of unpredictable weather conditions, which greatly affect our production.

Youth volunteers from the Huam Jai Asasamak Association and Phan-Thin Social Enterprise facilitated activities and guided 30 students from the target group in exploring and studying the environment. These activities included studying birds, plants, soil, aquatic animals, and water quality. The goal was to create an understanding of the environment’s benefits and how to protect it.

ໜຶ່ງໃນຜູ້ທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບການສະໜັບສະໜູນແນວພັນຜັກ ແລະ ອຸປະກອນໃນການປຸກສ້າງເຮືອນຮົ່ມ🌱🌱🌱 ຈາກໂຄງການ “ສ້າງຄວາມເຂັ້ມແຂງ ແລະ ຄວາມເປັນເຈົ້າການຂອງຊຸມຊົນທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບຜົນກະທົບຈາກພະຍາດໂຄວິດ-19” ຫຼື “CORE-19” (June 22 – May 23) ທີ່ເນັ້ນໃສ່ການຟື້ນຟູຊີວິດການເປັນຢູ່ ແລະ ສົ່ງເສີມອາຊີບໃຫ້ກັບຊຸມຊົນ ເຖິ່ງໂຄງການສິຈົບໄປແລ້ວ ແຕ່ຍັງສືບຕໍ່, ຕໍ່ຍອດກິດຈະກໍາ ແລະ ຍຶດຖືເປັນອາຊີບໃນການສ້າງລາຍຮັບເຂົ້າໃນຄອບຄົວ🫶👍.

This comprehensive gathering served a multi-faceted purpose: critically reviewing the Association’s accomplishments and shortcomings over the past year, gleaning valuable insights from both successes and challenges, conducting a meticulous analysis of the organization’s internal and external environment, and charting a compelling course for future collaborative efforts with the local community. Notably, the year 2024 promises continued partnership between the volunteers and local communities, with a concerted focus on three key areas: fostering robust personnel capacity building, streamlining various internal management systems within the organization, and fundraising.

ໃນປີ 2012-2013 ນາງ ລາວຄ້າງ ໄດ້ຖືກຮັບຄັດເລືອກມາເປັນອາສາສະໝັກຂອງສະມາຄົມຮ່ວມໃຈອາສາສະໝັກ(HJA). ສິ່ງທີ່ເຮັດໃຫ້ລາວຕັດສິນໃຈເຂົ້າມາເປັນອາສາສະໝັກໃນທີ່ນີ້ກໍ່ຍ້ອນວ່າ ລາວເຫັນວ່າມັນເປັນໂອກາດທີ່ດີສຳລັບລາວເພາະວ່າການສະໝັກເປັນອາສາສະໝັກນີ້ບໍ່ໄດ້ມີເງື່ອນໄຂສູງຫຼາຍ ແລະ ອີກຢ່າງໜຶ່ງຕົນເອງກໍ່ບໍ່ໄດ້ມີຄວາມຮູ້ຫຍັງຫຼາຍ, ເພາະຮຽນຮອດປໍ 5 ເມື່ອໄດ້ຮັບການອະທິບາຍເງື່ອນໄຂລາຍລະອຽດຈາກພະນັກງານຂອງສະມາຄົມຮວ່ມໃຈອາສາສະຫມັກແລ້ວ, ລາວຈຶ່ງໄດ້ສິນໃຈຕົກລົງເປັນອາສາສະຫມັກໄວ້ກ່ອນທັ້ງໆທີ່ບໍ່ມີຄວາມໝັ້ນໃຈຈັກໜ້ອຍເລີຍໃນຕອນນັ້ນ, ຍັງດີທີ່ແມ່ເຂົ້າໃຈ ແລະ ໃຫ້ໂອກາດ.
ໃນຊ່ວງໄລຍະເວລາ 1ປີ ທີ່ເປັນອາສາສະໝັກກັບສະມາຄົມຮວ່ມໃຈອາສາສະໝັກ ລາວຄ້າງ ໄດ້ໄປຝຶກງານຢູ່ສະຫະພັນລາວຣັກບີ້ (Lao Rugby Federation) ລາວໄດ້ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມຝຶກອົບຮົມທັກສະຕ່າງໆທີ່ສະມາຄົມຮ່ວມໃຈອາສາສະຫມັກໄດ້ຈັດ ແລະ ຝຶກທັກສະທາງດ້ານກິລາ ລັກບີ້ໄປພ້ອມໆກັນ. ເວລານັ້ນ ລາວກໍ່ມີບັນຫາໃນເລື່ອງຂອງການສື່ສານໃນການປາກເວົ້າ (ພາສາລາວ), ການສື່ສານຂອງລາວກັບໝູ່ເພື່ອນຂ້ອນຂ້າງບໍ່ເຂົ້າໃຈ, ເຮັດໃຫ້ລາວບໍ່ມີຄວາມໝັ້ນໃຈໃນການສົນທະນາ (ເວົ້າ) ກັບຄົນອື່ນໆປານໃດ. ລາວກໍ່ພະຍາຍາມຝຶກຕົນເອງຢູ່ສະເຫມີພໍເວລາໄດ້ຜ່ານໄປຫຼາຍເດືອນ ລາວຄ້າງ ໄດ້ຮູ້ຈັກກັບໝູ່ເພື່ອນໃໝ່ໆຫຼາຍຄົນ ແລະ ທັກສະໃນການສື່ສານຂອງລາວກໍ່ດີຂຶ້ນ.ຫຼາຍສາມາດສົນທະນາກັບໝູ່ເພື່ອນທີມາຈາກຫຼາຍໆແຂວງ, ໃນຊວງທີລາວຄ້າງເປັນເປັນອາສາສະໝັກຝຶກງານລາວຍັງໄດ້ເປັນຜູ້ຊ່ວຍຄູຝືກກິລາ ຣັກບີ້.
ຫຼັງຈາກຈົບເປັນອາສາສະໝັກຈາກສະມ່ຄົມຮ່ວມໃຈອາສາສະໝັກລາວຄ້າງກໍ່ໄດ້ຮັບການບັນຈຸເຂົ້າດປັນພະນັກງານປະຈຳຢູໂຄງການ ລາວຣັບບີ້ໂດຍຮັບຜິດຊອບ ເປັນຜູ້ປະສານງານພັດທະນາກິລາຣັບບີ້ ແຂວງຊຽງຂວງ.

Huam Jai Asasamak Association was held a Training of Trainer (TOT)🤩🤩 to empowering 15 volunteers to become effective facilitators and leaders. The participants actively in the training, sharing their diverse experiences and honing their coaching skills through engaging demonstrations. They seamlessly transitioned between the roles of leader and facilitator, receiving valuable feedback and guidance from seasoned trainers.🫶🤲🌱

Well-done‼️👍 of the communication strategy training for 15 volunteers, held on November 11-12, 2023. The training was rich in sharing knowledge and understanding of effective communication skills that can be applied in various aspects of life, including study, work, and personal interactions.🥰🤲🌱
