Team Empowerment Training

From July 2nd to 4th, 2025, HuamJai Asasamak Association organized a team-strengthening workshop. We were honored to have Ajarn Sakrit Hankhampha as the trainer.

The objective of the training was:

• To enable the team/staff to discover and develop their personal strengths.

• To enable staff to utilize those strengths for the development of the organization.

Through the training, every team member gained a greater understanding of their own strengths and learned ways to improve themselves and understand others better, which in turn led to increased understanding and appreciation for their colleagues.
