Between December 10-13, 2024, HJA implemented the activity “Build understanding for village authiries, village development fund committee, creating management rules and hand over the village development funds” in 6 target villages across 2 districts such as Saisana, Huaysengkham and ngon villages, Pabeng district, and Nahuay, Samkang, and Homesaikham villages (Beng district), Oudomxay province as well as project signs were also installed at Natural resources and environment office in both districts, who are the key partners.
