Huam Jai Asasamak Association was held a Training of Trainer (TOT)🤩🤩 to empowering 15 volunteers to become effective facilitators and leaders. The participants actively in the training, sharing their diverse experiences and honing their coaching skills through engaging demonstrations. They seamlessly transitioned between the roles of leader and facilitator, receiving valuable feedback and guidance from seasoned trainers.🫶🤲🌱

HJA conducted a comprehensive training session titled “Saoban Research” for its staff. This initiative aimed to equip them with robust skills and capacity in process design, particularly in Saoban research methodology. The training covered the meaning, principles, and historical context of Saoban research, emphasizing accuracy and adherence to established principles.

HJA convened a meeting on May 25, 2023 in Xayabouly Province to present the outcomes and glean insights from the implementation of CORE-19 project. The meeting gathered a total of 43 participants, with women comprising 13 of those present. The meeting featured presentations on the project’s achievements, key learnings, and a proposed handover plan for continued guidance and monitoring in the target districts of Hongsa and KanThaow.
The primary objective of this initiative is to enhance and rejuvenate the livelihood s of families and communities adversely impacted by the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
A collaborative workshop convenes to facilitate knowledge exchange and glean key insights from the monitoring activities surrounding the CORE-19 project’s youth vegetable-growing initiative. The session will culminate in a collaborative action plan alongside project partners, empowering the youth to continue independent and sustainable project operations.
HJA team and partners in collaboration with provincial and district officials conducted a monitoring and evaluation visit to assess the outcomes of their activities.
