From February 18–19, 2026, the project team for “Strengthening and Empowering Youth Leaders in Climate Change Adaptation” (SEYCA) conducted a Vulnerability Risk Assessment (VRA) in target villages within Beng District, Oudomxay Province.
The main objectives of the activity were: To collect socio-economic data, information on natural disasters, and community livelihood promotion activities. This data will serve as a foundation for planning community support to ensure sustainable adaptation to climate change.
