On March 20, 2026, the HJA held a meeting to introduce the implementation plan for the activity: “Participatory Action Research (PAR) in Strengthening Community Resilience and Ownership for Climate Change Adaptation,” in collaboration with relevant partners and target villages.
The meeting was chaired by Ms. Davanh Kingsady, Head of the One-Door-Stop Service Center of Beng District, Oudomxay Province. A total of 23 participants attended, including 11 women.
Objectives of the Meeting
To present and build a mutual understanding of the project goals and targets.
To establish a collaborative implementation plan moving forward.
