In December 2025, HJA organized a training on the Gender Action Learning System (GALs) for 29 young women leaders from 5 target villages in Beng District.
The primary objectives of this activity were:To build gender awareness: Providing young female leaders and volunteers with a correct understanding of gender equality, human rights, and their roles within society.
To apply GALs tools: Enabling participants to utilize GALs tools for effective life planning and for addressing gender inequality issues.
