On November 18-19, 2023, Huam Jai Asasamak Association was held a Training of Trainer (TOT)
to empowering 15 volunteers to become effective facilitators and leaders. The participants actively in the training, sharing their diverse experiences and honing their coaching skills through engaging demonstrations. They seamlessly transitioned between the roles of leader and facilitator, receiving valuable feedback and guidance from seasoned trainers.
